WE DO NOT SHIP TO EUROPE, AFRICA, ASIA, SOUTH OR CENTRAL AMERICA. WE ONLY SHIP IN THE US POSTAL SYSTEM AND CANADA.
We offer free shipping for over 90% of our products. Any product that is charged shipping will only be charged a flat fee of 2.95.
Inkjet orders are shipped US Priority Mail, and laser toner cartridges are shipped UPS Ground.
Order Shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO and U.S. Protectorates are a $4.95 flat fee and an additional $1.20 per pound.
Orders shipped to Canada are charged a flat fee of $14.95 and an additional $1.20 per pound for shipping and handling, per order regardless of quantity ordered. Due to higher restrictions, safe guards, and customs inspections orders can take up to 10-12 business days to arrive. Usually light orders take 5-7 while heavier orders take the longest. Customer are responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by Canadian Customs.
We ship from Long Beach, California M-F. Orders placed late Friday will ship the following Monday. Orders usually take 3-5 working days to arrive to the East Coast and 2-3 working days on the West Coast.
Our orders are imported every hour into our internal processed system. At that time you will receive our order number via email and another email with the tracking number a few hours after the item ships.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. So, we’ve tried to cover every situation you might experience. If you need to return a product (cartridge, cartridge recycling mailer, refill kit) that is still factory sealed, you have up to one year from the date you purchased it. You will receive a refund for the entire price you paid less shipping charges, or a credit towards an exchange. Sorry, but we cannot refund any shipping charges.
Defective or Opened Items
In the unlikely event that your refill kit is defective, you may return it for up to one year from the date you purchased it. We will provide a replacement or a refund of the kit’s purchase price less shipping. If you are experiencing difficulty refilling your ink, please call us first at 888-321-2552 as most times we are able to walk you through the problem over the phone.
If you are unsatisfied with your remanufactured cartridge or find it has a defect, you have up to one year from the date you purchased it to return it. We will refund your purchase price. Again, shipping cannot be refunded.
Laser Toner Cartridges and/or Compatible Cartridges
If you are not fully satisfied with your laser toner cartridge or find it is defective it can be returned within one year of the purchase date . You will receive a refund less shipping costs.
(OEM) Original Equipment Manufacturer Cartridges
If you purchased an OEM cartridges such as an Apple, Canon, Compaq, Epson, Hewlett Packard, or Lexmark, it is covered under that manufacturer's warranties. If your product has a defect and/or you need to return it, we ask that you contact the manufacturer directly. Unfortunately, we are not able to process returns of any OEM cartridges that have previously been opened.
POLICY ON SHIPPING CHARGES
In the rare instance that you were shipped the wrong item, shipping would be refunded when you return it. However, we do not refund shipping charges for defective or customer initiated (changed mind) returns. If a customer has received free shipping on their order and needs to return it, credit will be given for the full amount of products purchased less a $4.95 shipping charge if the entire order is returned.
We swiftly process returns on items that are covered under warranty and/or unopened. Those refunds will be issued by the same payment method they were ordered within 1-2 weeks of when we receive the product back.
If you have ordered the wrong product, or if you have purchased a new printer and the product you previously bought does not go with your new printer you can exchange the product as long as it is unopened and falls within our one year return policy. If the box has been damaged, opened or any seals broken we are not able to accept this product for an exchange.
If you would like to return any of our products for an exchange or refund please send them to the address below. Make sure to completely fill out the form linked here and write your order number down on the outside of the return package. Please indicate on the return form if you would like to receive a refund or exchange for the items you are returning. Refunds are credited back to the method of payment that we have on file. If you wish to exchange your products we will credit the method of payment we have on file and place a new order using that same method of payment. A new order number will be issued and an email will be sent to you at the close of our business day. All returns and exchanges are processed, credited, or reshipped within 7-10 business days of the products arriving back to us.

4) Please ship your product via mail that can be tracked to ensure its arrival.
Once we receive your product, we will process it within seven to ten days.
We only accept products back for an exchange or refund for 365 days after the purchase was made. Only products purchased from LD Products can be returned for an exchange and unopened products must be in sellable condition. LD Products is not responsible for products sent to us that are past our warranty period or not ordered from our company. If we receive products that do not qualify for a refund or replacement, they will be sent to a recycling center. Please make sure to contact us at 888-321-2552 before returning any products.
